Welcome to my 15m² studio on the 1st floor without a lift, in the 3rd Arrondissement! It can comfortably accommodate one or two people with its Murphy bed. Ideally located in the heart of the city and minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a charming stay in Paris! Please note that this property is available for a minimum of 30 days.

Welcome to this beautiful 15 m² studio, located on the 1st floor (no lift). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to attractions such as the Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris, shops, and transport links, and is the ideal base from which to explore the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area, comprising a comfortable lounge with a sofa and a television. The Murphy bed is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience. There is also a desk, perfect for remote workers. The space also provides everything you need to cook just like at home: a hob, microwave, refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, and crockery. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hair dryer, a mirror and a toilet. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!
