The very well located and well connected neighborhood has a particularly safe and quiet climate. We are close to the forest, and enjoy a green environment made up of detached houses and some good quality residences.The village of Bellevue is 5 minutes away and has all the amenities for last-minute food shopping (market, Franprix, bakeries, etc.), a very nice brasserie open late, and other useful services (pharmacy, optician, hairdresser, etc.).A good way to end a day is to walk (20 minutes) to La Terrasse de l'Observatoire or if you are lucky, you can enjoy the sun and in any case, the incredible view of Paris and the forest of Meudon. In the evening, for example, you can walk down to have a drink or a meal at the Central de Bellevue (6-minute walk), walk to the Terrace du Paradis once night falls (Place Wilson is a stone's throw away...) and take a look at another magnificent view of Paris and its monuments from the picturesque bridge... The Eiffel Tower sparkles at dusk and then every hour for 5 minutes...You can of course enjoy the immense forest of Meudon and push your walk to Versailles if you have a lot of courage... There are a few restaurants on the edge of the pond (La Mare aux Canards, La Terrasse de l'Étang, etc.) that will reward you and enjoy this breath of fresh air just a few kilometers from Paris. For your shopping, within 10 minutes, Velizy 2 will certainly meet your expectations, without neglecting of course the immense experience that Paris and its many neighborhoods can offer you.

The apartment has just undergone a small renovation: new floor, new 140 cm bed for extra comfort, etc. Internet access and linens are provided (sheets, towels, dish towel, bath mat...). The house is quiet and you won't have to cross paths with us.Guests can take advantage of the small paved terrace in the garden - particularly pleasant in season.
Accesso
The accommodation is independent of the rest of the house. You'll access it through the garden and you probably won't have to cross paths with us. Equipped kitchen/living room, quiet bedroom and dressing room, shower room and toilet make up this accommodation.
