The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed, and a TV for entertainment. From here, step out onto the small balcony, where outdoor seating allows you to savour your morning coffee amidst the city's charm. The separate bedroom offers a double bed and built-in wardrobes, providing a serene retreat for rest. The bathroom is modern, with a vessel sink and circular mirror, adding a touch of elegance to your daily routine. The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self check-in property. Identity verification will be required before accessing the property. Check-in is from 16:00, subject to availability and confirmation. After the booking is confirmed, guests are required to complete a guest registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property (indoors and outdoors). Evidence of smoking (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts) will result in a minimum fee of €200. For stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy applies for utilities, with a cap of €80. During the first days of the stay, we provide a welcome kit with basic items: shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish soap and bin bags. Additional services: • Extra keys: €20 (extra pair when available, lost keys or door opening during the stay) • Extra cleaning with linen change: at the price of the standard cleaning fee • Extra linen kit: €30 (towels and bed linen for 2 people)
