Located in the heart of Coimbra, you will be just steps away from the main attractions, restaurants and stores. The space was designed to offer a cosy and inviting atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the city. The comfortable two twin beds and a queen-size bed will ensure peaceful nights. The room is equipped with two televisions, a coffee machine, and a kettle to help you start your day with a cup of coffee. The bathroom is fully equipped with towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring your total convenience. We prioritise your safety and well-being: the room undergoes a rigorous professional cleaning before each stay, and a daily housekeeping service is available. The room is located on the second floor, and access is exclusively via stairs, making it unsuitable for people with reduced mobility. We wish you a wonderful stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Daily housekeeping service is available.

Grazioso appartamento situato in una strada con diversi supermercati, il che lo rende molto comodo. La macchina del caffè e il frigorifero ci sono stati molto utili e ci siamo trovati molto bene.

So che era previsto dal regolamento, ma il fatto di non poter fumare alla finestra, per esempio, mi ha proprio deluso.
