The living room is comfortably furnished with a sitting area, a TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table, making it an ideal space to unwind and spend quality time with your group. The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and multiple storage spaces. The area features floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a furnished balcony, perfect for relaxing. For additional guests, there's a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note that Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in apartment buildings or the surrounding area. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property.
