Welcome! This lovely 60 sq.m. apartment is located on the 9th floor, accessible by lift. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sitting area, a smart TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table, making it an ideal space to unwind and spend quality time with your group. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the partial-canal view. The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains a comfortable queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. Appartamento perfettamente pulito e fresco! Il padrone di casa è fantastico. Abbiamo adorato l'appartamento. Che vista fantastica dalla finestra!
