The living room features chic décor, a comfortable sofa bed, a large smart TV and large windows that fill the space with natural light. Sliding doors open to a private balcony, offering a lovely spot to relax outdoors. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, while the dining area, set with a stylish table for six, is perfect for hosting meals with family or friends. The first bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and the second with a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno, il check-in è stato facile e la casa vacanza era davvero pulita. L'appartamento e la zona sono fantastici.
