This welcoming house features three bedrooms, including a spacious king size master, a twin room with two single beds which can easily be zipped/linked together to make a double bed and a bunk bed room – all ideal for families or groups.

This property has a self-check-in service, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the house. You can check in any time of the day, kindly respect our standard check-in time (4pm). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 towards the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
