Checking in is simple and stress-free with our self-check-in system. On the day of your arrival, you'll receive a unique code to access the key safe, allowing you to retrieve the keys at your convenience. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (4 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), We fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
