The open-concept layout combines living, dining, sleeping, and kitchen areas in a seamless and cozy space. It features a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, a sofa, a flat-screen TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for meals or work. The kitchenette comes fully equipped with all the essentials, including cookware, utensils, an electric hob, and a coffee machine, making it easy to prepare your favourite dishes. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. The studio is professionally cleaned before every stay, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. IMPORTANT NOTE: THE STUDIO IS LOCATED ON THE 1ST FLOOR WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. We look forward to hosting you! Please note that the apartments are located in the Bairro Alto area, a lively part of the city. Noise may be heard at any time of the day or night.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

l'appartamento è davvero nuovo, ma il materasso è vecchio, chi si ferma per un giorno o due non se ne accorge, ma siccome sono rimasta per quasi una settimana l'ho sentito, i lati sono già deformati,

Posto decente dove soggiornare per qualche notte. Molto piccolo. C'è molto rumore notturno, dato che è vicino a molti dei bar più rumorosi del Barrio Alto. I soffitti sono piuttosto sottili e si sente
