Situated on the 14th floor and accessible by lift, the property offers comfort and convenience in equal measure. The open-concept design integrates the living, sleeping, and kitchen areas to create a bright and functional space. Unwind on the comfortable queen-size bed or the single sofa bed, both dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens. Enjoy your favourite shows on the flat-screen TV, or step out onto the private balcony to relax and take in the fresh air. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all essential cookware and utensils, including a stove, microwave, and coffee machine, making meal preparation a breeze. The bathroom is well-stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. Guests also have access to a variety of building amenities, including a children's play area, a community barbecue area, shared gym and swimming pool, as well as serene views of lush green parks, perfect for unwinding or spending time outdoors. For your comfort, the space is professionally cleaned before every stay. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.
