Our charming semi-detached Victorian Cottage is a three-bedroom home in the highly sought-after village of Pentyrch, just outside Cardiff. Thoughtfully modernised, it blends classic period features with contemporary touches, offering the best of both worlds. The home retains its traditional character with original proportions, while certain interior has been updated to suit modern lifestyles. The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen and breakfast area, fitted with stylish Quartzite worktops and a striking irontheart gas range that serves as a functional centrepiece. This space is ideal for everyday use and entertaining. A convenient downstairs WC and a cosy living area with a feature fireplace complete the ground floor layout. Upstairs, there are three well-proportioned bedrooms. The master bedroom benefits from a private ensuite with a delightful roll-top bath, adding a touch of elegance. A fourth versatile room offers flexibility and could serve as a study or nursery. There is also a single fold out bed available for our 6th guest. The rear of the property boasts an expansive west-facing garden, ideal for families and those who enjoy outdoor living. It includes multiple patio areas, a well-kept lawn, and a greenhouse perfect for gardening enthusiasts. The garden enjoys excellent natural light throughout the day and provides a peaceful retreat. Located in a welcoming village with scenic surroundings and excellent amenities, our property offers a perfect blend of countryside charm and convenience. Our cottage is pet-friendly, so you're welcome to bring along your furry friend! As long as it's a medium sized short-haired dog, that is perfect!

You will have access to the entire property for the duration of your stay, We recommend allowing a few extra minutes to find a space, particularly if arriving late in the day. If you're unloading luggage, you can usually pull up briefly outside the property before parking.
