The property is close to various attractions, good restaurants and shops, and the Ponta Delgada Airport is just 12 minutes drive away, so guests can easily travel and explore the area.

Welcome to my home! Charming and beautifully decorated, this homely retreat offers a perfect base for exploring some of São Miguel's top attractions. Located in a peaceful rural village, just a scenic 5-minute drive away, is one of the island's most stunning natural swimming pools along the North shore. It is ideal for refreshing swims and quiet moments of relaxation. The living room has comfortable sofas, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Step outside to a private backyard with inviting seating areas to unwind and enjoy the fresh countryside air. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. For your convenience, a washer and ironing equipment are also available. The home features three bedrooms, two with twin beds and one with a queen bed. Each is furnished with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms include all essential amenities, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. The space is always professionally cleaned to make your stay even more pleasant. We hope you enjoy your stay! During your stay, you may hear natural neighbourhood sounds such as chickens and dogs, offering an authentic glimpse into local life.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
