Welcome to this beautiful 70 m² apartment, designed to offer you a comfortable, peaceful, and welcoming stay just outside Paris. Completely renovated in a warm and contemporary style, it can accommodate up to 6 guests and is an ideal base for enjoying the capital while staying in a tranquil environment. Bright and inviting, the apartment is centered around a lovely living room opening onto a charming balcony, perfect for a morning coffee or relaxing at the end of the day. The living room is equipped with a television and two sofa beds (one person each). The modern and fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need: oven, AirFryer, Nespresso machine, washing machine, and much more. For sleeping, you will find two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed. A bathroom with a bathtub and toilet completes the apartment. For your comfort, you'll benefit from a high-speed fiber optic connection, secure private parking (a real plus in the Paris region), and everything you need for a relaxing stay: bed linens, towels, storage, and essential toiletries. Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, the apartment is within easy reach of public transportation, allowing you to get to Paris quickly and easily. Ideal for a family vacation, a getaway with friends, or a business trip, this accommodation combines the comfort of home with the convenience of being close to the capital.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal. If you're arriving by car, the apartment has a private parking space. By public transport, tram line 2 is just a few minutes' walk away.

You can ask me any questions here :) Check-in is self-service from 4 pm. Keys can be collected from a shop located less than 5 minutes' walk from the apartment until 11 pm. Don't hesitate to contact us for more information or to book your stay in this little corner of paradise just a stone's throw from the capital!

No parties Smoking-free accommodation Keys can be collected independently from a store located less than a 5-minute walk from the apartment, open daily from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Cleaning is included in the price; please respect the apartment and its amenities :) There is currently some work in the area and in front of the building which may cause noise pollution. Early check-in & late check-out : For any check-in before 4:00 PM or check-out after 10:00 AM, an extra fee of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to make a request so we can organize accordingly.
