The town centre of Pordic is a 4-minute drive away, while Petit Havre Beach is a 9-minute drive away. For nature lovers, the GR34 customs path is only 100 m from the house, and the wild beach of Vau Madec is accessible in 1 km on foot. In addition, you will be a 15-minute drive from Saint-Quay-Portrieux and the Rosaires beach. Just 3 minutes from Binic, you’ll be within walking distance of the beaches, port, bars, restaurants, and local shops. A place designed for families and friends! You’ll find plenty of free equipment for children, ensuring the whole family can enjoy their stay to the fullest. The Accommodation: Comfort and conviviality guaranteed The spacious and bright house features a large terrace, perfect for relaxing. It is fully equipped to ensure an unforgettable stay. Pré Colas is set in a private garden, with an electric gate and several parking spaces. The house is designed to accommodate up to 7 people, with 2 double beds, a bunk bed (3 beds), and a crib for a baby. Inside, you’ll enjoy a large living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, including a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all the necessary small kitchen appliances. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. Outside: Relaxation assured On the terrace, you’ll find a barbecue, a parasol, comfortable armchairs, and a garden lounge to enjoy the gentle Breton atmosphere. For families and children Pré Colas provides free toys and baby equipment to make your stay with the little ones easier.
