With Victoria Station and Sloane Square close by, it is a well-connected base for exploring central London. • Living Area: Open-plan lounge with sofa, dining table, and balcony access. The large windows bring in plenty of natural light. • Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, and washing machine, with the essentials for everyday cooking. • Bedrooms: Two double bedrooms, each furnished with a standard bed and storage. • Bathrooms: Two bathrooms – one with a walk-in shower, the other with a shower over the bathtub. • Outdoor Space: Private balcony offering higher-level views across the surrounding streets. Things to be aware of (reflected in the price): • The property does not have Wi-Fi or a TV. • There is some general wear and tear, as the home is due for refurbishment in 2026. • This apartment is presented as a straightforward rental with the essentials for day-to-day living. It offers a practical set-up rather than luxury finishes, but is fully equipped with the core amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. Kindly note that the check-in for last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date is subject to availability (Please note that the key collection and the property might not be located at the same address) We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property.
