Welcome to my apartment! This charming 50m² one-bedroom apartment in Porto is the perfect retreat for guests seeking comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay. The property is located on the third floor and accessible by stairs. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a TV, creating a cosy space to relax after a day exploring the city and a dining table for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious meals, such as a stove, oven, microwave, and all essential cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washer, and ironing facilities to meet your laundry needs. The bedroom offers a plush queen-sized bed dressed in premium hotel-quality linens for restful nights. The modern bathroom comes with all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Siamo stati molto soddisfatti di tutto: l'attrezzatura, l'arredamento e l'accessibilità erano molto buoni. Al 3° piano senza ascensore, bisogna saperlo. Purtroppo la luminosità della lampada del bagno
