Welcome to my apartment! This 55m2, plus balcony, one-bedroom apartment with a sofa bed in Porto is the perfect choice for couples and families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The property is located on the third floor and accessible by stairs. This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed and a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorites. Also, a private room provides the perfect spot for savoring the relaxing, crisp air. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. For added convenience, the apartment has a dishwasher for post-meal cleanup and a washer, drying rack, and ironing equipment for laundry needs. The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Eccellente! Molto vicino a tutto, l'appartamento è bellissimo e non ho dovuto usare un taxi per nulla, tutto è molto vicino.
