Welcome to my apartment! Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely 80m2 apartment is close to various top attractions in Porto! The property is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. The apartment also has a washer for your laundry needs. The first bedroom has a double bed, and the second has a queen bed, all with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Each bedroom also has a desk, providing a comfortable workspace for those who need to work or study during their stay. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Ho avuto una bellissima esperienza qui! L'appartamento era pulito e in un'ottima posizione, a circa 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. L'unico problema che ho avuto è stato l'interruzione della corrent
