Indeed, one reaches these places through the famous Porte Saint-Denis, a triumphal arch with sumptuous bas-reliefs built in 1672 to the glory of the Sun King, Louis XIV. As you stroll through the district streets, you will discover a lively, trendy, and cosmopolitan atmosphere. You will be able to enjoy all the bars, restaurants, and quays that make it one of the most dynamic districts of Paris, especially the rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis. Various picturesque passages also line the street, such as the Prado passage, the passage of Industry, the Reilhac passage, or the passage of Desire. This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a TV, and a dining table for four. It has large windows, allowing abundant sunlight into the space. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the second one has a single bed and a sofa bed. All beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!
