Welcome to my apartment! With its strategic location, rich cultural heritage, and plethora of amenities, our apartment provides a fantastic base for your Barcelona adventure. Whether you're a history enthusiast, a food lover, or simply seeking a memorable city experience, this neighbourhood is a beautiful choice for a fulfilling and enjoyable stay. It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones. The balcony has the length of the house, where you can have views of the street with a good wine. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals. There are two bedrooms, each offering the added charm of a French balcony, perfect for unwinding. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the second has a double bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. There is also one more room, that has been suitable for a workspace, it has a desk, perfect for travelers who work from home. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. PLEASE, TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THAT AN APARTMENT IN THE BUILDING NEXT DOOR WILL BE UNDER RENOVATION, AND SOME NOISE CAN BE HEAR DURING WORKING HOURS Enjoy your stay!

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
