Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 2nd floor with elevator access, our apartment provides a comfortable and stylish retreat and an ideal hub for exploring the rich tapestry of Madrid. Whether you seek cultural immersion, gastronomic delights, or a stroll through historic streets, this apartment offers a prime location for an unforgettable stay in the Spanish capital. The bright living room features a sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and a Juliet balcony, perfect for unwinding. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second has a bunk bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. There is also a gym a pool that share with all the neighbors in the building. Please note that the pool is only open during summer The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Guests will have access to the entire home, including the building's shared facilities, such as the pool and the gym. The gym is open all year for your fitness needs. However, the pool is only available during the summer months.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
