The house is located in a cul-de-sac less than 10 minutes' walk from the beach. Just 200 m away, the coastal path takes you to the 7 ports of Gujan Mestras for oyster tasting, access to the play park, beach, jogging, etc. Quiet location close to all amenities.

Ideal for holidays with family or friends, our villa offers a comfortable and friendly setting for unforgettable moments. This is a natural basin which functions without chemicals, thanks to a biological balance. The presence of algae is therefore normal and harmless: it's an integral part of this natural ecosystem. A basin technician visits twice a week for maintenance.
