You can stroll and explore the chic boutiques, restaurants and cafes nearby or take the nearest train at Al Khail Metro Station (16 minutes) and explore the city!

Welcome to my home! Bright and tastefully furnished, the living room features a comfortable sitting area, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table for four. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. Plus, there is a washer available for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains a delightful king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep. The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in will take place directly at the property with a greeter. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Please note that late check-in after 8 PM-9 AM has a surcharge of 150 AED. Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
