This spacious and modern 2-bedroom flat just within minutes from St. James Centre is the perfect place for families and friends. Fully furnished and with all the amenities for a memorable and relaxed stay. The flat can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably.

Welcome! The home is located on the second floor via stairs (no lift). The living/dining room is elegantly furnished and very well-kept, with a soft sofa and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. There is a tv so you can watch all your favourite shows. The area features a large window that lets in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens up the space. The modern kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second has a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). We also charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, replacing the locks may incur an additional cost. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Posizione eccellente, centro raggiungibile a piedi o comunque vicino alle fermate di tram e autobus. Adoro i tenements di Edimburgo. L'appartamento era spazioso e ben attrezzato. Ci torneremo sicurame
