Boasting large windows that let in sunlight illuminate all throughout my home, while offering a magnificent view of the City of London in the distance. Sits close to Peckham Highstreet and is within walking distance of The Aylesham Centre, a local shopping mall, and Peckham Rye station where you can catch the Overground line.

Welcome to my home! Situated close by Peckham Road and within a 10-minute walk to The Aylesham Centre and the Overground at Peckham Rye station. This penthouse flat, with a wonderful view of Central London at a distance, can comfortably fit small groups of four with ease. Newly refurbished with new fittings and furniture to ensure you have a pleasant stay during your time in London, including faster internet connectivity and a flatscreen TV with on-demand streaming services. Relax, unwind and make yourself at home in the living area and sink into the plush couches. Enjoy intimate over the small dining table situated by a large glass door that opens up to a sunny, south-facing balcony. When not wanting to explore the myriad of local restaurants, delis and pubs dotted around in the surrounding areas, my kitchen is more than capable of whipping up delicious meals as it comes fully stocked with all the essentials. For added safety, my home is fitted with a new fire alarm and two carbon monoxide detectors. The bedroom is fitted with a double bed and has ample storage to keep your personal belongings safe. Additionally, the sofa in the living room can be converted into an extra bed for two guests. Regardless of which bed you sleep in, freshly laundered linens are provided for a goodnight's sleep. The bathroom comes with all the essentials to help you freshen up, with towels and toiletries given at no extra cost. Rest assured, my home is professionally cleaned for your comfort and safety. Please note that the apartment is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Enjoy!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
