Welcome to my apartment! Modern and charming apartment located in the Cabanyal area of Valencia, one of the city’s most distinctive neighborhoods. It’s close to the beach and has very easy access to different areas depending on your needs. This ground-floor gem combines modern functionality with a unique design. Completely renovated and beautifully furnished, it features an open-plan kitchen connected to the living and dining area, fully equipped with everything you may need — induction cooktop, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, as well as essential cutlery and utensils. The property also includes a washing machine, water heater, and ironing equipment should you need them during your stay. The dining area has space for four guests. From the kitchen, you’ll find the living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa and chairs for relaxation and socializing. The living room opens onto a terrace that also connects to the main bedroom. Down the hallway, you’ll find the main bedroom with a double bed, which has direct access to the interior terrace — a perfect spot to enjoy the Mediterranean weather. In addition, there is a second bedroom/office with a sofa bed (140 cm wide) and a SMART TV for those who enjoy watching news or specific programs. This room also includes a desk and office chair, making it ideal for working or studying comfortably from home. The property has a full bathroom and an additional toilet for the convenience of all tenants. Both bathrooms are stocked with complimentary toiletries and essentials for your first use. All beds come with bed linen ready for immediate use. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Note: This is a temporary rental apartment – not available for tourist stays. To complete the booking, it is essential to sign a temporary lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for your stay. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a contract to sign. Without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without refund. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a personal check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. Not available for tourism purposes. Signing a contract is mandatory We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax).
