The apartment features a fresh, modern design and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. Although located on the first floor, it is highly accessible: there are only 10 steps at the entrance, and a ramp is available for wheelchairs and strollers. -Master Bedroom: Features two comfortable single beds pushed together, a Smart TV, air conditioning (heating/cooling), and direct access to the terrace. -Second Bedroom: Includes two single beds pushed together, a ceiling fan, and a floor lamp. (Note: This room has no exterior window but features an upper-level screen/grille connecting to the living room, allowing light and air to circulate). -Modern Bathroom: A full bathroom with a spacious glass-enclosed shower (featuring a rainfall showerhead), an illuminated mirror, a hairdryer, and a 7 kg washing machine. -Living-Dining Area: A cozy space with a comfortable sofa (extendable for extra comfort), a dining table, and air conditioning. It includes a Smart TV (internet-enabled so you can use your own Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, etc., accounts). -Equipped Kitchen: An easily accessible, separate kitchen with everything you need: dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic cooktop, fridge-freezer, toaster, and two coffee makers (one Nespresso pod machine and one filter coffee maker). -Terrace: The private balcony-terrace is covered and enclosed with retractable glass curtains (Lumon system). It is furnished and offers wonderful views of the sea and the communal areas. Important note: Mobile network coverage in the area is not very good. We highly recommend downloading offline maps in advance to ensure a smooth arrival. the complex does not have private parking, so you will need to park outside the complex and cross the street.
Accès
Self Check-in: Accessing the apartment is incredibly easy thanks to a digital keypad lock and a key lockbox for exterior entry. Direct beach access! The building features a private tunnel that leads straight to the sand, where you’ll also find a shower. Parking: There is public parking outside the building, and finding a spot is easy.

Quiet Hours and Noise: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. The apartment is equipped with a noise sensor. Exceeding 75 dB or tampering with the device will result in immediate cancellation without a refund. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited both inside the apartment and in the building's common areas. Cleaning: Dishes must be left clean, and trash must be taken out of the building upon departure. Pets: Pets are not allowed. Visitors: Access is prohibited for anyone not included in the reservation.
