The apartment accommodates up to three guests and features one bedroom with a UK king bed, one bathroom with a toilet and a shower over the bath, and is located on the first floor of the building. The living area is bright and inviting, complete with a comfortable sofa that converts into a double sofa bed, making it ideal for flexible sleeping arrangements. A dedicated dining area sits alongside large windows, creating a pleasant space to enjoy meals or work during your stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a dishwasher and washing machine, offering everything needed for a convenient and comfortable stay. The home features a clean, contemporary design with a calm, minimalist aesthetic. Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
