Welcome to my apartment! This modern and tastefully decorated 336m² townhouse is situated on the ground floor in Palm Jumeirah, a city known for its luxury living, hotels, and tourist attractions. The elegant, spacious living and dining area features a sophisticated design blending modern and classic elements. The dining space includes a large, stylish table set for eight, with plush chairs and tasteful place settings. Adjacent to the dining area is a luxurious living room. It is furnished with comfortable, cream-coloured sofas and armchairs arranged around a sleek coffee table and a smart TV to watch all your favourite shows. The room is bathed in natural light from the large, arched windows that offer a view of lush greenery outside. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, oven, and microwave, to prepare delicious meals. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for laundry needs. This luxurious, upscale townhouse features four elegantly appointed bedrooms, each designed to provide comfort and sophistication. The master suite features a sumptuous king bed and a sofa bed. The second and third bedrooms each have a king bed, and the fourth has a bunk bed, perfect for accommodating additional guests. The beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The 4.5 bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. Please note that there are no on-site amenities. Access to a gym and pool is available through third-party services for an additional fee. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload a copy of this passport to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 30 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our property on time and of the best quality. We hope you will consider this, respect the checkout time, and remain fair to the next guests.
