Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 4th floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 105m² apartment is located in Palm Jumeirah. Palm Jumeirah is known for its luxury living, hotels, and tourist attractions. This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favorite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four. There's also a spacious terrace with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, oven, and microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a king bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. It also includes a huge walk-in closet for your belongings. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload a copy of this passport to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our property on time and of the best quality. We hope you will consider this, respect the checkout time, and remain fair to the next guests.
