The open-plan living area is elegantly furnished, featuring a sofa that converts into a bed for an extra guest, a TV for your favourite shows, and a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens for a restful night's sleep. The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances, cookware, and crockery to meet all your culinary needs, while a washer is available for laundry. The bathroom is fully stocked with fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please be aware that Dubai is a dynamic and rapidly expanding city, and you might encounter occasional urban sounds, such as those associated with ongoing growth, throughout your stay. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
