Tastefully decorated, this lovely 54m2 studio is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. Relax in the living room, which features a comfortable king bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The area features multiple windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. It also has access to a balcony with a magnificent view over the city. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries for delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a coffee machine. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry. The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload a copy of this passport to the Dubai Tourism Department so that I can register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our property on time and of the best quality. We hope you will consider this, respect the checkout time, and remain fair to the next guests.
