With Bristol Temple Meads train station a 15-minute walk away, guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my home! Benefits from its central location in Bristol, our apartment provides guests with a vibrant urban environment, easy access to attractions, ample shopping opportunities, and a diverse dining scene. The living room features two large sofas, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with your loved ones and a large French window that lets in ample fresh air and natural light. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals, including a French press, allowing guests to enjoy freshly brewed coffee's aromatic and full-bodied experience. There are two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The first bedroom has a comfortable sofa and a dedicated work desk, providing a versatile space for relaxation or productivity. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The washing machine in the apartment is a combination washer and dryer, providing the convenience of both washing and drying your laundry in one efficient unit. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
