Welcome! This stunning duplex apartment features two terraces and is set within an exclusive gated condominium with a shared garage, pool and gym. Decorated in detail to provide comfort, this accommodation has everything you need to feel at home and is the perfect starting point to explore Esposende and the North of Portugal! Ideal for families or groups, this accommodation is spread over two floors. The lower floor features a bright open-plan living area with the kitchen and dining zone. The living room is equipped with a spacious sofa with chaise longue, perfect for relaxing and watching TV after a day of sightseeing. It also has direct access to a terrace with a barbecue and wonderful views, allowing the entire space to be bathed in natural light. The elegant kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all daily meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, it features a kettle, coffee machine, microwave, oven, induction hob and other equipment to help you in your day-to-day life. The lower floor also has two bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, and a full bathroom. Heading up to the second floor, you will find a harmonious living room with a kitchenette and dining table, a bedroom and a full bathroom. The third bedroom offers a very welcoming atmosphere, highlighted by its skylight window. Be amazed by the fabulous upper terrace with views over the neighbourhood, where you can easily gather the family outdoors, enjoy moments in the relaxing lounge area and make the most of the sun and sea breeze. This is a self-check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays of more than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80 included. For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
