Due to the building’s historic character and restrictions on structural alterations, some traffic and city noise may occasionally be heard, particularly during busier periods. Situated in a traditional Georgian building, the apartment accommodates up to six guests across three king sized bedrooms and an additional double sofa bed within the living space. Located on the second floor and accessible by stairs only, the property offers two modern bathrooms, with one featuring a spacious walk in shower and the second offering both a freestanding clawfoot bath and a separate walk in shower, adding an elevated boutique hotel feel to the home. The open plan living and dining area offers a sleek and inviting setting for relaxing or entertaining, complete with deep blue accents, warm textures, elegant lighting, integrated speakers, and a Picture Frame television with live channels that complements the contemporary styling. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern integrated appliances, a dishwasher, and a combination washer dryer for added convenience during longer stays.
