This charming 84m² loft-style apartment, with a terrace and modern industrial decor designed to provide comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect starting point to explore the city of Lisbon and its attractions. Ideal for families, this apartment features an open-plan living room and kitchen. The living room, with its impressive high ceilings, is equipped with a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed, perfect for relaxing and watching TV. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing all daily meals. In addition to basic dishes and utensils, the kitchen features a kettle, toaster, stove hob, microwave, and oven to help you in your daily life. Access to the main balcony is conveniently located next to the bedroom area on the upper floor, where you can enjoy the outdoors with privacy overlooking the inner courtyard. There is also a second balcony in the living room overlooking the town square. The bedroom, located on the mezzanine, is harmoniously decorated with a double bed and built-in wardrobes to store your belongings, benefiting from plenty of natural light. Please note that the bedroom curtains are not blackout, so natural light may interfere with sleep for those sensitive to it. The bed comes with quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The two bathrooms (a service one on the lower floor and a full one on the upper floor) feature all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned. The apartment has internal stairs to access the bedroom, making it unsuitable for people with reduced mobility. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Un très bel appartement, décoré dans un style minimaliste mais avec beaucoup de goût. La cuisine est bien équipée avec tous les appareils nécessaires. Le quartier n'est pas le plus désirable de Lisbon
