Upstairs, the beautifully styled bedroom features a plush king-size bed with premium linens, offering the perfect setting for restful nights. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed, as they are compulsory for check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
