Perfect for families or groups, the house comfortably accommodates five adults and two young children, providing a peaceful retreat within easy reach of London’s best dining, culture, and nightlife. The Malibu inspired, architect designed home is unique in London, providing a private oasis with both front and back gardens in a fully enclosed area, perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding. Spread across two floors, the home features four inviting bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The master suite adjoins the childrens’ room, sharing a spacious bathroom with both a bath and a separate shower – ideal for families with little ones. The second bathroom, sleek and functional, includes a walk-in shower. Each upstairs bedroom opens onto its own private balcony, adding a touch of calm and connection to the outdoors. Downstairs, guests can enjoy two distinct living areas – a comfortable main lounge and a dedicated TV room, both perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. The open-plan dining area is ideal for shared meals and conversation, while the fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cook at home, including a modern mix of gas and induction hobs, Quooker tap, airfryer, espresso maker and bean grinder. Disclaimer: There is an external security camera installed at the back of the property, a video doorbell, and one positioned at the top of the house.
