The area also features lush green parks, children’s play areas, BBQ zones, sports facilities, and beautiful community views. Inside, the apartment features an open-plan layout designed for comfort and convenience. The living room includes a cosy sofa, a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four, ideal for relaxed evenings in. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. A washer and ironing set are also available to take care of your laundry. The bedroom offers a plush queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep, while the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.
