Welcome to my home! This charming 47 m² house is located in the heart of the village, just 50 metres from the refreshing river pool, perfect for a quick dip on warm days. You’ll also be close to regional attractions, leisure activities, and a variety of restaurants offering delicious local and international cuisine. The open-plan space combines the living room and the kitchen. It features a comfortable sofa that can be converted into two single beds, a television to watch your favourite shows, and a dining table, all in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and all essential cookware and cutlery. A washing machine is also at your disposal. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a TV with over 100 channels. Hotel-quality linens ensure a restful night’s sleep. Step outside to your private terrace, complete with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and a soothing water cascade, the perfect setting for al fresco dining and relaxing moments. The bathroom offers all the essentials, along with a hair dryer and a towel dryer for your comfort. Families are welcome, the house has space for a cot, a baby chair, and an extra bed if needed. Breakfast for two is available for €18. The home is pet-friendly, so your furry companions are welcome to join you. The home is professionally cleaned before each stay for your comfort. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
