The property is close to various attractions, good restaurants and shops, and the Anjos metro station is just 5 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome! This lovely 10m² private room is ideally situated near popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide selection of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. The room is furnished with twin beds dressed in hotel-quality linens, a flat-screen TV for your entertainment, air conditioning, and WiFi for a comfortable stay. It has access to a balcony to enjoy the fresh air. Located on level 2 of the building, the room has a lot of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. For your comfort, the space is always professionally cleaned before your arrival. Please note that there is no elevator in the building, so you will need to climb stairs to get to your room. Breakfast included. Enjoy your stay!
