Dubai Marina, JBR Beach, and Bluewaters Island are all within walking distance, while Sobha Realty station is just a 10-minute walk away. Welcome! This lovely 36m2 studio is located on the 6th floor, accessible by lift. Designed with an open-plan living room/bedroom, the studio is elegantly furnished and very well-kept, with a sofa bed for extra guests, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a comfortable king bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep. Step outside and relax on the balcony with seating furniture perfect for the lake views. The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please be aware that Dubai is a dynamic and rapidly expanding city, and you might encounter occasional urban sounds, such as those associated with ongoing growth, throughout your stay.
