Welcome to my home! This delightful 133 m2 house offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. This typical Madeiran property is on a hillside and is part of a cluster of traditional houses that can be reached by car via narrow, sloping roads. You'll have to walk about 100 meters along a narrow path between the houses to access it. As you enter the property, you'll find a lovely patio where guests can use the washing machine and barbecue outside. The stairs to the lower floor lead to a private space that includes a comfortable living space and a bedroom with two single beds. Back on the main floor of the courtyard, upon entering the door on the first floor, guests will find an open-plan kitchen, which includes an oven, a microwave, a hob, and a dining table; a living room with a comfortable seating area and a television; a bedroom with a single bed and a support desk; a second bedroom that has a double bed; and a complete bathroom. Going up the stairs to the second floor, you'll find another bedroom with a walk-in closet, a double bed, a complete bathroom, and a wonderful terrace with a breathtaking view. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. This property is not suitable for people with mobility problems. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Appartement tout neuf, cuisine parfaitement équipée, a profité de la terrasse. On ne peut pas utiliser la chambre au sous sol il n'y a pas d'air
