Welcome to my home! This charming 99m2 house is located in Brixton. It offers convenient access to Holmewood Gardens Bus stop, just a 5-minute walk away, and Brixton Tube Station, within a 20-minute walk. The living room is tastefully furnished, with a sitting area and a smart TV to watch all your favorite shows. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The house boasts a garden, providing the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to meet all your culinary needs. The dining table comfortably seats five guests. Additionally, a washer is provided for your laundry needs. On the upper floor, the first bedroom features a king-size bed, the second a king-size bed, and the third a single bed. The three bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. The house has 1 flight of 11 steps inside the house to reach the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The property has a ring doorcam above the front door, acting as a floodlight at night. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). The property has a ring doorcam above the front door, acting as a floodlight at night. It's clearly visible and serves as our only camera for security. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
