Welcome to my home! The living room features a comfortable sitting area and a smart TV, perfect for enjoying your favorite shows. With ample lighting, the space offers a welcoming atmosphere, ideal for spending quality time with your group. Step outside to unwind in the garden, where outdoor furniture is perfect for al fresco dining. The kitchen has appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to meet your culinary needs. Additionally, there's a washer available to meet your laundry requirements. Upstairs, each of the three bedrooms features comfortable sleeping arrangements, with a double bed in the first, a sofa bed in the second bedroom and a queen-size bed in the third. Complimentary hotel-quality linens ensure a restful night's sleep. The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please note the home is spread across three floors via stairs, therefore not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Enjoy your stay! This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

L'appartement d'Anika était génial, exactement comme indiqué, très charmant. Nous avons adoré la cuisine ! L'endroit est proche de la gare et d'une petite rue avec un café et un magasin d'alimentation

Belle maison. Très bon endroit pour séjourner. A recommander vivement. Je signale que la troisième chambre est un box room avec un futon qui n'est pas confortable. Cependant, c'est une propriété idéal
