Welcome to my home! This lovely 84m2 house is located in Salford, Manchester, providing easy access to Salford Crescent, just an 11-minute walk away. The living room has a sitting area, a smart TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The house boasts a terrace, providing the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to meet all your culinary needs. Additionally, a washer is provided for your laundry needs. On the upper floor, the first bedroom features a bunk bed, the second has a double bed and a single bed, and the third has two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The 2.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

C'était une très bonne maison, avec beaucoup d'espace et de bons équipements. C'est un endroit que je louerais à nouveau si je venais à Manchester.

Très belle maison, à quelques minutes en taxi de la ville. Très propre et le check in/out était très simple. La communication de l'hôte était excellente. J'y séjournerais à nouveau.
