Upon your arrival, we can meet you in the lobby to personally hand over the keys and assist with your check-in. Alternatively, if you prefer a more independent approach, self-check-in is also available. Throughout your stay, we are always on hand to answer any questions and ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable visit.

Guests are required to submit copies of their passports prior to the check-in date. Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. AED 150 per hour for late check-out, subject to availability. Please note that any additional in-stay cleaning will incur an extra cost and that the cleaning fee is only for the Checkout Cleaning. Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED 350 per card. Please refrain from smoking inside the home. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of AED 2000 for odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
