This inviting living room is beautifully furnished and offers a cosy sitting area perfect for relaxation. Enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV (note: there’s no live TV, but feel free to log in to your streaming accounts, just remember to log out when you're done). The space also features a stylish dining table, creating the ideal setting for unwinding and enjoying quality time with your group. Step outside to a serene garden, perfect for savouring your morning coffee or relaxing after a day of exploring the city. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
