The living room features a comfortable sofa and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options. There's also a backyard with seating areas providing the ideal setting for outdoor relaxation and dining. The dining room features a table for five. In contrast, the well-appointed kitchen features an island sink and includes all the cookware and utensils necessary to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, a dryer, and an ironing facility to meet your laundry needs. The property features a dedicated office space with a desk and an armchair, making it ideal for remote workers or those who need to catch up on some reading. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Gran lugar con opciones de transporte público fácil. Tiendas de comestibles y café cerca. Cocina razonablemente bien equipada. El anfitrión respondió rápidamente a las preguntas.
